My sweet cousin Dakota graduated from High School tonight and we are so proud of her!! She is such an amazing girl and has helped Kevin and I so much these past couple years with Beck and Dawson. I seriously can't thank her enough!! We love you Koda!! Oh by the way...Dawson asked me about 20 times where you were today! Those boys love you so much!! :)

Summer Projects

When we bought our house, we knew we were getting ourselves into trouble with the backyard. The little lady that lived here before us put all her heart and soul into keeping her yard immaculate. This included having 30 rose bushes and fruit trees throughout the yard. Well folks I'm not about to keep that well of a maintained backyard, so I put Kevin to work and he stayed pretty busy the last couple weeks. He dug up most of the rose bushes, plants and lets not forget about the whole backyard covered by cement so...I had him tear up the cement as well. It's still a HUGE work in progress but I'm determined to have it done asap. Beck and Dawson wanna be outside every second and the front yard is not cutting it.

Beck and Dawson turned 2 on January 29th! It was a fun and exciting day, we took the boys bowling and then came back to our house to have an Elmo themed birthday party! Thanks to everyone who came.. Beck and Dawson are doing so good and keep me on my toes 24/7 and I seriously cannot believe I am a mommy of 2, 2 year olds. CRAZY

P.S. Kevin and I finally bought a house! We love it so much, i'll post pics when i have all the decorations up!

I have been the biggest blog slacker, so I figured I would post some pictures of the things that have been going on in our lives over the past couple of weeks! Hmm...where to start? First off, we cut Dawson's hair off about a month ago for the first time. I really did not want to cut it for fear of his curls going away, but after it hit past his shoulders I figured it was time. I honestly could not stop staring at him for about a week, he looked completely different. Here are a couple pics!

The next exciting thing that happened was my sister Whitney had her baby on December 10th. They named him Paxton and he is one of the cutest babies!

I totally splurged and got Beck and Dawson these hats at gap. I could not pass them up, just look how cute they are.

Ok I have to share this story. After I had laid Beck & Dawson down for bed, little did we know what we would find. After about 2 hours, Cody my brother came running upstairs and told me I need to come look at Dawson. This is how I found him!

This is Dawson sleeping in the hallway. Poor little guy must have been so tired he woke up, got out of bed, and couldn't make it past the door. Ha Ha!!

Kevin's family all headed up to Island Park on the 20th of December for a few days. It was so much fun being able to spend time as a family and sharing lots of laughs!

Thanks Paul and Kathie, it was a blast and can't wait for our trip next year!!!

Now onto Christmas. Christmas eve we spent with Kevin's family, Grandpa Williams has a Christmas eve party every year so we went out to his house late afternoon, ate a delicious prime rib dinner, talked, opened gifts, and had Kathie's yummy homemade pie. After Grandpa's we headed over to Kevin's moms to stay the night, woke up Christmas morning, opened gifts and then headed to my mom's to open gifts and spend Christmas day at her house. We had a really great Christmas and got many great gifts. When we got to my mom's that morning she and my dad surprised us all with a trip to Disneyland in September! We have been trying to make this happen and they did! Thanks Mom and Dad!!! My mom had also made a yummy BBQ rib dinner. Seriously some of the best ribs I have had! Beck and Dawson loved opening gifts, they got a rocking horse and tonka trucks and a few other things but our family gift was a new little puppy! Beck and Dawson were ecstatic when they opened him! Beck just started screaming and Dawson just kept saying puppy puppy! Gus has become their new best friend and I'm starting to think that we should have waited a couple years, boy they are so hard on him! He is and has been doing so well at going potty on his puppy pad! He is such a sweet puppy and has tons and TONS of energy. Gus is a small one but he sure has a Great Dane attitude! We have been so blessed this year and Christmas season and we thank everyone who has spent this holiday season with us!

Now to 2010!! It's going to be a good one!!

We are Home and going private!!

Kevin and I packed up a week ago and headed home to Idaho. We left Friday morning and drove about 13 hrs. We ended up staying the night somewhere, woke up and drove 15 more hrs and arrived home at about 11:30 pm. I'm so proud of Beck and Dawson, they did so well with the long drive. It's so nice to be home and to be able to hang out with Kevin longer than just a couple hours. We've been hanging out a ton with family and this coming weekend we are going camping and I'm so excited. Grandpa Dan is going to take Beck and Daws fishing for the 1st time, they are going to love it. We are going to able to just sit around all weekend and let the kids run and be dirty. Great Times!!

Anyway, I am going to be taking a break from blogging for a bit. So keep looking back I might update in about a month or so.

Today is our 3rd Anniversary!! We are not going to do much all day he has to work but tonight, I got someone to stay with the twins while we go to dinner. It'll be good to get away just the two of us even just for a couple hours. It's been an AWESOME journey these past 3 years and I'm so grateful for Kevin and all that he does for our family. I couldn't ask for anyone better, he's the best!!

We are back in Ohio and trying to get back in the groove of things. I have had help for almost a month with cooking and helping me with Beck and Dawson. I can't seem to get up and start getting things done. My house is a disaster, laundry needs done, dinner needs to be cooked and my kids just crumbled up cookies, crackers and cereal all over the floor (no joke). So why am I not doing it? It's part laziness and being worn out. Kevin is probably ready to scream, he has asked me for 3 days to get his laundry done. It will get done...Just not now!! Dawson and Beck have started to throw the Biggest tantrums and they sit at my ankles and whine at me all day long!! I'm just mainly exhausted from that. Its rough. Any suggestions on how to help their fits, by all means leave a comment.

Anyway the past 3 weeks happenings. Paul and Kathie came to visit us for a week and we had a blast with them here. We got to go show them around and then we just got to hang out and talk. They got here on a Saturday and we were supposed to leave that next Friday but missed our flight and couldn't fly out until Saturday morning at 6 am. A BIG THANKS to Paul and Kathie for their help here in Cincy. So we made it home and we were all so excited to see my family. We pulled up and you should have seen the look on little Andee's face. EXCITEMENT!!! My word I wished I could have got a picture, Priceless. I was home for 2 weeks and my mom and I flew back to Cincy. She stayed here for about 4 days and went back home. It was nice to have her finally come see where I live and what it's like for us to be somewhere else. She left and about 2 seconds later, I missed her already. We did so many fun things while we were in Idaho and I really don't feel like getting into detail about it, the pictures might sum that up. I'm just so grateful for the help everyone gave us. It gets so HARD with twins and I hardly ever get a little break so I am VERY VERY GRATEFUL to everyone!!!! It's good to be back with Kevin and the twins were so excited to see their daddy.

Ok so now I have a ton of pictures I want to post so here is a slideshow. I figured it's the best way to show them all. The pictures of Beck on the 4th of July are priceless. He loved the fireworks...Dawson on the other hand, hated every minute of them.

Ok first off I have to post about my new favorite Ice Cream. GRAETER'S!! Graeter's is this little Ice Cream Parlor and it is amazing. We found out about it and went for the first time last week and I have since been back. They have one right down the street from our apartment and I don't know if that is such a good thing. I will probably be going a lot!! YUMMY!!

Last Saturday we went to this petting farm and the kids loved it. Get this it is totally free and we only had to pay $5 for parking for like 21 different parks they have here. We all decided that we were going to take advantage and go like every other day. Anyway here are some fun pictures of Parky's farm.

Here are all the kids out in Cincy for the summer. All boys! Dawson, Beck, Bennett and Caleb. Now look, my babies are almost 17 months, Caleb is 2 or 3 months younger than them. My babies are not growing. (well they are growing just slowly) They are so tiny compared to Caleb and many other babies their age. That's ok though they are two CUTE babies!!

1st Summer Project!!

So this summer I have decided that I was going to keep myself busy by doing some kind of project. I haven't been to good at this in the past and really want to make it a goal of mine to start making things, refurbishing things, and just scrapbooking. My first project I think turned out AWESOME!! I have been wanting to do a couple things for Beck and Dawson's room when we return back to Idaho. The theme is old antique planes, automobiles, and cars so I decided to add a little more character. At Joann's crafts I bought 27 white canvases and got the colors of their room in toll paint and went to town on painting each one different colors. Then today I went and found some ABC stencils and painted the ABC's on each one. Thanks to Molly for a little help. It was a really fun project to work on. Now onto my next one... Don't know what it is yet but I'll let ya know how it goes!!

This past week Angie, Molly and myself took the boys to the zoo and to the children's museum here in Cincy. We all had a blast and the boys especially liked the museum. They were able to run around and get into everything. It was a nice change. We will definitely be going back. I'm trying to talk Kevin into taking us to see the Indianapolis Children's Museum, I have heard it's amazing. 3 FLOORS!! Beck and Daws would go crazy!! Anyway more pictures again... sorry!!

Beck and Dawson are the best of buddies. I say that a lot but it's just so dang cute how much they already love each other. Yesterday we were hanging out and they started giving each other hugs and so then I thought maybe Beck would give Dawson a kiss... So he did. Beck loves to give kisses to anyone and boy are they good kisses. (Slobber everywhere) So now they are giving non-stop hugs and kisses to each other. I LOVE HAVING TWINS!!! It is sure hard and very difficult at times but these are the times that make those bad days worth it. I love watching them grow and become their own and I love watching them play together. Oh the Joys of parenthood!!! You can't ask for anything better!!!

Little update...Lots and Lots of Pictures

Just a little update with lots of pictures. We live in a little suburb of Cincinnati called Mason, so far I really enjoy it and love the nice weather. We haven't done to many things yet but I am planning on going to museums, the zoo and lots more parks here within the next few weeks. Our pool finally opened up so that will be nice. I take Beck and Dawson on a walk almost every night. The other night we stopped by the pool to put their feet in. BIG mistake. Beck was screaming because he wanted to jump in and not leave. His face was seriously the color of a tomato. However when I took him to the pool the next day he hated it. Funny kid!! Dawson and Beck love it here and want to play outside anytime they can. They are growing up so fast. I finally took their bottles away about 2 weeks ago and they didn't even notice they were gone. Then just about a week ago I took their pacifiers away. I honestly was so scared for this. I thought they were going to have a very very hard time. So for their first nap without it they cried for about 10 min (not bad), then for bedtime I prepared myself for them to cry forever. Get this, not even a cry or whine at all!! That's how its been since, I lay them down and they go right to sleep without any whining. How awesome is that!!!

So this past Sunday Kev, Carlos, the boys and I all went to the Cincinnati Reds game. This was the boys 1st baseball game they have been to. They loved it!! The look on Beck's face was priceless as we walked into the stadium. Then, Dawson sat and jumped up and down and clapped his hands most of the game. It was a very long hot game but we had lots of fun.

We also bought the boys their 1st baseball caps. So cute!!

Greetings from OHIO!!

Well we finally made it. Kevin, and I left Wednesday morning and arrived in Cincinnati Friday afternoon. Beck and Dawson did so so so good in the car ride. I was in nervous wreck that the drive would be a nightmare. They only whined like maybe 4 or 5 times. Our apartments our awesome and I love the area that we are in. I'm already all settled in and everything is put away. We have a three bedroom apartment so the boys get 1 room and the other is for SCRAPBOOKING!! YAHOO!! I'm going to try so hard to start the boys books and I'm so excited. I'm going to buy a card table tomorrow and some containers for the room. I already have some paper and other supplies but, to have that room will be awesome. We our on the second floor (not bad) but kinda annoying because I can hear the people upstairs and down. Oh well I bet we make just as much noise with Dawson and Beck running all around. They are adjusting really well and love to run all around and play on our deck. I haven't taken any pictures of our place yet but I will today and post some later. Kevin's office starts selling on Monday. They have an awesome team this summer and I know that they will all be successful. I think Kevin is a good leader and he cares about every single guy out here and I know he won't let them down. GOOD LUCK KEVIN!! I'll be cheering you on the next 4 months.

I finally got Beck and Dawson's 1 year pictures taken. They turned out so good!! I had Bobbi Thompson take them and she did such an amazing job. Also a big thanks to Kevin's mom, she made their outfits. Kevin had an outfit just like this when he was a little boy so I had Kathie make a similar outfit for them. Kathie made the pants, vest and hats. Aren't they cute?

Now update on us, Dawson and Beck are doing so good. They are both walking everywhere and are my little monsters getting into everything. Kevin is busy working, and I am just getting stuff ready to leave for the summer or at least trying to find energy to pack again. We take off in 5 weeks and this year we are moving to Cincinnati Ohio. I'm way excited. The boys and I are going to be driving out with Kevin a week early. I am hoping the boys do good. I have been trying to get some ideas to keep them busy so if any of you have ideas for the car ride, let me know. Here are a couple 1 yr pics!!

Kevin has been trying to find a Wii Fit ever since Christmas and every store he called was sold out until about 2 weeks ago, we finally were able to buy one. I must admit I was kinda against it however my story is completely different now... I love it!! Today we were playing it and both Beck and Dawson were crawling on the little board it gives you to play with, so I stood them up and let them play a couple games. Beck thought it was awesome and Daws was more into holding the controller than actually looking up at the TV. I had to get some pics. They were so cute!!

Tomorrow Beck and Dawson turn the big 1 yr old. I cannot believe how fast the time goes. I seriously feel like I just delivered them yesterday. I have had a really bitter sweet week, it has been a very emotional few days reflecting on the past year.

One year ago today, I went into the hospital to be induced at 5:00 in the evening, had a long long night and the next day was very long also. At about 4:00 p.m. the doctor and nurses decided to do a c-section. So at 4:30 and 4:31 p.m. my precious little boys were born. Beck was first weighing in at 4 lbs 11 oz and Dawson weighing 5 lbs 1 oz, and both their length 17". Tiny Tiny babies. They went to wellbaby and stayed there until we went home.

Beck and Dawson have always been very good babies, they never cried when they were newborn and still don't. (now they just throw big tantrums), they are always smiling and laughing, they love to play and have story time, both love to say Mama and Dada, bath time is always a favorite, Beck loves to eat and eat anything and when I mean love I mean LOVE. Dawson likes to wave bye bye to everyone that he sees. They both like to help me out with chores around the house (I would have to say laundry is their favorite), and the best thing of all is they love each other. I didn't realize how close twins could be. Dawson and Beck wrestle, play, and make each other laugh all day.

Everyday I am so grateful to be a mother of twins. What an awesome experience!! I can't thank God enough for placing Beck and Dawson into our lives. Kevin and I are so lucky and we love these little boys so much and look forward to spending eternity with them!!

Aloha everyone and Happy New Year!! Kevin, Beck, Dawson and I spent our new year in North Shore Oahu. We left on Monday morning with Kevin's family and will be back next Wednesday. It's a blast and we are having a good time being able to spend a week together as a family. The boys are kinda cranky and scream every time we get in the car but they love the beach. I'll have more stories when we get home. Anyway Christmas was very fun this year, Beck and Dawson were two very spoiled boys. They got lots of presents and love them all. It was a blast being able to see them crawl upstairs and go to their gifts Santa left. It was as if they knew what was going on. So cute!!

Ok now my dang computer is still not letting me add pictures. I think we need to go get more memory so when we do that, I'll have many many picture to post. Hope thats ok!!

Busy days!!!

It's been awhile since my last post and yes a lot has happened. Our babies got their 9 month pictures taken then both of our family's got family pictures taken. They turned out really good. Thanksgiving has come and gone and Christmas is right around the corner. I got our tree up about 2 weeks ago to enjoy it a week before our cruise. I went and bought all new decorations and put it up without my moms help. Well actually she came down to help me put the finishing touches on it but I was pretty proud of myself. I think it turned out nice.

Kevin's company took us on an 8 day cruise to Mexico. I was very very upset to leave Dawson and Beck but knew they were going to be in good hands. We left Friday the 28th and got back yesterday. Kathie Kevin's mom watched them the first 3 days then my mom watched them the last 5 days. We are so grateful for them and for taking good care of our sweet boys. It was nice to get away for a week. No bottles, no crying babies, and no dirty diapers. However I did miss my many kisses, hugs and lots of laughs I get from Dawson and Beck everyday. Thanks again for all the help we got. Kevin and I had a blast on the cruise and it was nice to get to spend time with our friends.

So this past weekend Kevin and I went to St. George with Hailey and Shane. Shane's parents have a condo there so we just decided to pack up and go. We left on Thursday picked up Shane, Hailey, and Leni then off we went. It was a perfect fit with all 7 of us in our car. We hung out Thursday night and Friday we went up to Shane's grandmother's house. She is the kindest lady. Kevin and I enjoyed meeting her and getting to spend time at her house. Saturday was Las Vegas. We all packed up in the car again and headed to Vegas. We didn't actually get to walk down the strip but we did however get to do lots of shopping. (let me tell you...I needed it.) Kevin and Hailey took me to H & M. I think I found one of my new favorite stores. Ok HELLO I LOVE this store. I had never been in an H & M, but Hailey and Molly always tell me that they have very cute things. Anyway Kevin was being so cute, I was in the dressing room trying on clothes the boys were screaming and Kevin handled it with perfection. Taking care of the boys then making sure I had clothes to try on. Thanks Kev and thanks Hailey for helping me. Sunday was a day of just resting and to our surprise the husbands decided to send Hailey and I to get massages. NICE!! Then we packed up, cleaned and headed back home around 8pm so that the babies would sleep and boy did they. I don't think Beck or Dawson moved the entire way home. They were exhausted!! We had a very good time and it was so good to spend some time with Kevin's sister and her family.

Ok so now I need to tell you about Beck and Dawson. They didn't have a pack and play to sleep in so I made them a nice bed right on the floor next to me. This was a good idea I thought. Well boy was I wrong!! Dawson and Beck have become best best little buddies! They love each other and when it came for bed time they somehow found a way to cuddle up and play with each other all night. I would lay them down, leave the room, go check on them and they would be clear across the room talking and playing with each other. Dawson's new favorite thing is finding Beck and just laying his head and going to sleep on his back. It's adorable. I am going to have so much fun with my little monsters as they grow up!! Did I mention I Love having twins, it's so much fun!!!

8 Months!!

Yes I am a slacker, I have been pretty busy and when I'm not, I'm relaxing. Kevin got home from Memphis and we have just been hanging out and trying to spend some time as a family since we didn't get much of that in the summer. Kevin finished the summer strong and I am so proud of him. The boys and I are definitely glad he is around for the next 6 months before we head out to sell again.

So the boys are growing growing growing. They are 8 months old today and both weigh near 18 pounds, healthy boys! I can't believe how fast they grow up. In 4 months they will be 1. Beck and Dawson LOVE to play with each other, they laugh at each other, fight and steal toys, and they love to eat eat eat. Most important I know they are now and will always be little buddy's! My boys sit really well and are starting to tummy crawl, they haven't quite figured crawling out yet but getting close. They talk all the time and smile at anyone who says "Hi". I just love them so much!! They are the best little boys and I am so thankful everyday that I have these little tiny spirits in my life.

Anyway, Kevin and I have been busy trying to find a house, we have decided to move to Utah. We have started the house hunting process and continue to keep looking. Hopefully in the next couple weeks we will find something so we can get the ball rolling. I'm excited and it will be a good move for us. I'll keep you all updated on that.

Well we made it back. We got here on Monday and have been spending lots of time with my family. I missed them so much and they were so excited to see us. The plane ride went very well. Luckily the babies didn't get to cranky and if they did they took turns. My dad was waiting right at the gate when we walked off the plane and Dawson just kicked his legs so fast. Him and my uncle got special permission to go meet us. I was excited. We have just been hanging out, running errands, going on walks and spending time with my little niece Andee. Beck and Dawson thinks she is just the funniest thing. Everytime she walks by, they smile big and laugh. Andee is very good with them to. She loves to help them eat, she helps me change their diapers, and she is always trying to hug them and pick them up. However she gets very jeoulous when grandma and grandpa hold the babies. I miss Kevin and miss hanging out with the wives but they only have 11/2 weeks left. It ill go fast. I'll have some fun pictures soon.

They did it!! My baby boys are now sitting up. Beck sits up very well, he will sit for about 5 min without falling over. Dawson is still working on it, he would just rather lay down or stand but he can sit for like 1 min alone. I told Kevin I was going to have them sitting up before we get home and guess what....

I WILL BE HOME IN 3 DAYS!!!!! YAHOO!!!!

I cannot wait to get home to see my family and my little niece Andee. The boys and I have missed them so very very much. I haven't seen them since April, Dawson and Beck were only 3 months. I have been busy packing up my apartment and cleaning. Kevin is staying here for a couple more weeks then he will be coming home to us. I have had an awesome summer out here in Memphis and I am going to miss the wives and the fun times we have had. (Now, girls we all must stay in touch)!!

We fly out on Monday morning from Nashville at 6:00 AM. EARLY.. but arrive in Salt Lake at 10:00 AM. My dad will be there to pick us up and I know he is just going to pee his pants because the babies have gotten so big!! I am going to miss Kevin and the twins just love their daddy so much but I'm excited to get back. Here are a couple pictures of the boys sitting, moments through the summer and packing to leave.

Yesterday Kevin and I celebrated our 2nd anniversary. It seems like we have been married so long but then it's already been 2 years. Wow does the time fly. Kevin and I started dating in 2004 engaged in June 2006 and finally married August 3rd 2006!! He finally convinced me that marrying him would be a good idea. Just kidding Kev. No but really, it has been the best 2 years of my life. Kevin is such an amazing husband, father, and friend. We have had the best experiences with each other and look forward to what the future holds for us.

Yesterday was a pretty good day! We just hung out. Kevin worked and then came home around 7:30, we then headed over to watch fireworks. Dawson and Beck were cranky, so I was praying that they would enjoy the show. They loved it!! They watched the entire time. Their eyes were wide open and they never batted an eye. It was so cute. I did however miss being at home with my family. They always throw the best 4th of July parties. Hope all of you enjoyed your day!!

Busy Couple Weeks!!

Okay, it's been awhile since I've posted. We have been busy with company and busy with doing a whole lot of just hanging out. The boys are doing well. Beck and Dawson need my full attention all the time. They are busy starting to roll over, trying to learn to sit up, and just loving the time they get to spend with mom all day!! Beck now weighs more than Dawson, by just 2 oz. He has really put on the weight!! Kevin is doing well with selling and is still really devoted to his job. We miss having him around all the time, especially the boys. They love hanging out with Kevin. They think he is just the neatest thing around. Life is good and we love how each day is something new!! I know I say this all the time, but I'm lucky to have the family I do and we miss all of our other family away from us!! We will be home before you know it. Ok I have so many pictures that I want to share so enjoy the slideshow.

Beck and Dawson just love their new toy. I went and bought them a jumper. Beck thinks it is just the funniest thing. There's a little sun that sits on it and smiles. He loves looking at it and laughing . Dawson thinks it's just to relax in. I try so hard to get him to play and sit upright but all he does is just sit back and relax. Totally his personality though. One night I had just got Beck asleep so I went to lay him down in bed, while doing so Dawson was sitting in the jumper and by the time I got back the poor tired boy was fast asleep. It was so precious!! Anyway my babies are starting the teething process.. NOT FUN!! They luckily take turns not feeling well. I don't know how I could do it if both were that way all the time. I know it may be a long hard couple months. We will get through it!!

Yes I know this is really late, but i have been really busy with my sweet babies!! Happy Father's day to all father's. Most importantly Happy Father's day to the new daddy, Kevin. Kevin is such an amazing dad and loves to spend anytime he has with his Dawson and Beck. I am so lucky to have such a wonderful and loving father and husband. His family is the most important thing in his life and he always puts us first. Thank you Kevin and we want you to know we LOVE you so much!!

Happy belated Father's day to my Dad. He is an amazing man and I look up to him so much!! He is also the best Grandpa out there. Dawson and Beck love him tons and miss him everyday. Hope you had a great day Dad. One more Happy day to Colton my brother-in-law. It was his first father's day.

OK now HAPPY BIRTHDAY Kevin!! Kevin just turned the big 27 on Monday. He worked all day, then we had the whole office over Monday night for dinner and some cake. I made French bread pizza and salad. Thanks to some of the wives for the help. Anyway after dinner we all sang to Kev and then ate some Awesome cake. It was a really fun night and I hope Kevin enjoyed the day!

So things are still going really well here in Memphis. It's just getting hot and more humid. The boys really enjoy stroller walks outside and really enjoy hanging out with mom all day!! Ok I finally got the Internet back!! Kevin and I moved apartments this past weekend and the one we moved into didn't have Internet. I was going crazy so today I called the guy and he said he would be right over to install it. Anyway, WOW it's been busy and crazy this past week. First off we had Chance, John, and Morgan in Memphis this past weekend and it was really fun to spend sometime with Morgan. I sure miss spending the summer with her. She's awesome and really helped me out while she was here. Thank you so much Morgan!!! We all got together one night to watch the Jazz, ordered pizza, and just had some fun as an office. It's always a good time when you get everyone together. Then on Sunday we moved, went to the park, and headed home to make it an early night. It was not Dawson and Beck's day, they were so cranky and cried all day Sunday and Monday. I am still trying to figure out how to take care of two babies when they both are screaming. It is really hard taking care of twins!! I love it with all my heart and would never change it but it just gets hard sometimes. Well, the crying fits only lasted two days and now they are back to being good babies. Holy cow, they are so cute. They just keep growing and growing. They talk (jibber) like crazy, smile all the time, they both have discovered their hands and are now learning how to hold and grab onto things. I have also started to feed them cereal and every now and again I give them some sweet potatoes. Dawson loves it when I put the food in his mouth he just starts to kick like crazy and Beck just smiles the whole time. Ah there is so much to say, but I'll stop it at this!! Our lives seem to change everyday. Our little boys are growing up so fast. So here are some fun pictures over the past couple weeks.. ENJOY!!!

I just wanted to say that I have an Awesome Mom and I was not able to spend the day with her but I was defiantly thinking of her and all the amazing things she has done for me and my family. Ok so I made it through the first week!! My week actually went very well, I had a couple hard days but for the most part we did good. Kevin did well for his first week selling and I'm very proud of him. Dawson and Beck have been awesome babies, taking naps, going to bed around 10:30 pm every night and eating. Oh not to mention growing and starting to laugh!! They are so cute. They just try so hard to talk and laugh. Dawson has been a little sick, he just keeps coughing and has a terrible stuffy nose, I hope it goes away soon. I really hate seeing them not feeling well. Anyway, Hailey comes over with Leni and we just hang out everyday. We have been to the mall, Target, and Walmart. Today we are going to zoo. I am way excited to take the boys, I know they don't really know what is going on but it will still be fun!! I'll post pic's later of the zoo.

We Made It!!

After having a very long day on Saturday, we made it to Memphis, Tennessee!! We left at 10:00 AM on Saturday morning, drove to Salt Lake and stopped at Hailey's and picked her and Leni up. (Hailey is Kevin's sister. Her and her husband are coming out to sell with us). We then left to the airport with 3 babies. Yes, we are that crazy to take 3 babies on the plane! At least we had Grandma Kathie to help us out. Going through security was a bit hectic, but once we made it through the gate and sat down it was smooth sailing. The babies took a bottle and went right to sleep and slept the whole flight. We had a little layover in Denver for about 10 min, but then boarded the plane once again. Dawson and Beck slept that entire flight and Leni just played around and enjoyed looking out the window at the lights on the plane. Everybody treated us so good and thought we had triplets. We landed in Memphis around 10:00 PM, picked up our luggage, and headed to the car. We were all so tired and just wanted to get to the apartment. But, of course we were not just going to get off that easy, we got to the cars and Hailey and Shane's car would not start. It didn't start till about 11:45 PM. It was definitely the cherry on top of a long day. Thats ok!! GOOD TIMES right. Anyway our apartments are so nice, I love them and the area is really nice as well. Memphis is so green and pretty! I know we will have a great summer and Kevin is going to do really well. It was really hard to leave our family and friends and we will miss them tons, but this is where we belong for the summer. We will keep all of you posted. Dawson and Beck are Three months today...CRAZY

Well it's been awhile since I've posted anything! I have been so busy trying to get everything packed and ready to leave for the summer. Kevin leaves on Tuesday and the boys and I fly out on Saturday the 26th. I'm really nervous to see how Beck and Dawson do on the plane ride (I really hope they don't scream the whole flight). They are awesome babies so they should do pretty good. I'm way excited to move, we are going to Memphis, Tennessee! Kevin and his office will do very well selling this summer and I look forward to getting to know all the guys and the wives. Anyway, the boys have been just growing by the minute! They weigh over 10lbs each and are growing out of their clothes very fast. They had their baby blessing on April 13th so I thought I would share some pictures. I just thought this was so funny. Last night I was watching Dawson, Beck, and Andee, Andee was playing with some eggs and watching me put Dawson's pacifier in his mouth so she decided to crawl over and help me. She wanted to put the pacifier in his mouth and when he wouldn't hold it in she then wanted him to hold the egg and when she realized he couldn't hold the egg she tried putting it in his mouth. It was just funny how bad she wanted to help out!!!

Our trip to Moab!!

Kevin and I had the opportunity to go to Moab this past weekend with Kevin's job. I was debating whether I should go or not. Kevin had plans the whole weekend so I was going to need some help. However, don't think I was that brave to take Dawson and Beck all by myself. I called up my cousin Dakota and asked if she would come and help. We left early Wednesday morning and came back late Saturday night. Kevin had a blast, he got to ride motorcycles, ATVs, and he got to take a jeep ride back in the hills. SCARY!!!! Kevin doesn't get scared really easily but he did say that the jeep riding kept him on the edge of his seat. Dawson and Beck did so good in the car and were really good babies. We stayed in the hotel, took some walks, and went to the company dinners. It was a really good time and it was very nice to get away and spend sometime in the nice HOT weather. Happy Easter Everyone!!

Today was Beck and Dawson's first Easter and it was also their first time to go to church. I was so excited to get them up, get them dressed in their new church clothes, and let them see their Easter baskets. I told Dawson that the Easter bunny came and he smiled so big, it was cute. They did so good at church, they didn't even make a peep. Last night Beck and Dawson got to color eggs with their cousin Andee, the boys were kinda upset and hungry the whole time but we had to get some cute pictures with the eggs that they colored. They are doing so good and just growing by the minute. I can't believe they are already 2 months, time flies by. Well hope you all had a fun Easter. Enjoy the Pics

Ok so today I took Beck and Dawson up to see Grandma Christensen at work by myself. (BRAVE) It was the first time we have been out alone and it went pretty well. I guess it wasn't that big of an outing, but big for me with two babies. While we were there, I got to weigh them and holy cow have they gained weight. They are little piggies!!! Dawson weighs 7lbs 14oz. and Beck weighs 7lbs 5oz! They have both gained over 3lbs since they left the hospital. I guess I don't need to worry about them not eating very well. Anyway here are some fun pictures of them. Enjoy!

Our lives began 4 weeks ago when we welcomed our precious little twin boys!!! Beck Beard weighing 4lbs 11oz. and Dawson Beard weighing 5lbs 1oz. were born January 29th 2008 at 4:30pm and 4:31pm. They are quite the little fighters, they came into this world ready to be here. They went right into well baby nursery and stayed their until we all came home on February 1st. Beck and Dawson are the sweetest little boys and we are so blessed and so grateful they are here with us and healthy. Kevin and I could not ask for anything more! Today they both LOVE to eat and they are gaining weight...Fast!! Beck weighs 6lbs 1oz. and Dawson weighs 6lbs 8oz. They each have their own distinct personality, Beck is our little spitfire he is always wide eyed and wants to know whats going on. (he is going to be just like Kevin) Dawson is more laid back, chilled, and anything goes. This past month has been a basket full of emotions but as Kevin and I move into parenthood we are convinced we are starting the best chapter in our lives.
